1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
2. Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period you already paid. Yearly plans stay active until the end of the year you paid for.
3. Refunds
If you were charged and have not published any article in that billing period, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. For yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of renewal, we refund the unused months.
4. EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service contract. By starting to use OverSerp during that period you ask us to begin the service immediately, and the refund is reduced in proportion to what was already provided.
5. How to ask
Email billing@overserp.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
