What is FAQ schema?
FAQPage is a schema.org type that marks up a list of questions and answers on a page. It helps search engines and AI systems understand exactly which question each passage answers.
Does FAQ schema still matter?
Google now shows FAQ rich results mainly for authoritative government and health sites, but the markup remains a clear, machine-readable summary of your page that other engines and AI assistants can use.
Rules to follow
Only mark up questions that are visible on the page, write the answer in full (no teasers), and keep one FAQPage block per page.
